Targeting White Ethnic Voters in Pennsylvania

Oktoberfest weekend in Wilkes Barre, Penn., is a time for pierogies, polka and politics. It's a town that's home to a population that consists largely of white, ethnic, Catholic swing voters.

That's a demographic that Republican presidential nominee John McCain has been courting eagerly. However, a lot of voters are still undecided.
