Neighbors -

Congratulations. The neighborhood association voted on Monday night to deny endorsing the compatibility variance.

Over 150 people showed up, which apparently was some kind of record.

Stay tuned for further news. Even though the developers told the association that they will not pursue this project if we denied them the variance, something tells me that we haven’t heard the last of them.

Maybe now they will come to us with some plans that are more compatible with our neighborhood.
