Hello everyone! I am back in Texas and looking forward to September here. There are a few lovely ways to hear jazz this month in Austin, and I'm involved with the following.
The highlight event is a tribute to my dear dear friend, Tina Marsh. The Creative Opportunity Orchestra performs, 'Echoes of the Heart', an evening of music dedicated to Tina and her work.
