Record-breaking Snowfall in DFW

The state of Texas will probably never know what it feels like to have a poorly constructed pun thought up for one of its snowstorms, but at least our Dallas counterparts can enjoy the glory of a long weekend.

The DFW area broke its all-time 24-hour snowfall record early Friday morning with 12.5 inches of snow.

American Airlines reportedly canceled over 300 flights today , mostly in the Dallas area.
