Here is the link for the speed bump article. Could Ridgetop have saved city $$$'s and gotten much needed sidewalk or two as well. Hi folks—
Did you see the article in the Wed Statesman front page (above the line no less!) about speed bumps? Thought of all your comments about wanting speed bumps in the neighborhood. Maybe there is a way to help the city with speed bump expenses?? Maybe neighbors pay for materials and city pays labor?
