Don,

I would like to thank you for taking the time to write this e-mail.  I own a coffee shop that caters to the University crowd, and I have thus had it up to my neck with adolescent debates equating "developers", "business", "corporations", "capitalism", and "profit" with fathomless evil.  Any attempt to impart a more balanced viewpoint will get you condemned as a "Republican", but even with that at stake I enjoy informing that particular crowd that even Non-Profits require a Chief Executive Officer who monitors the balance sheet and profit/loss statement.

If I ever use any of your words in a future reality check, I will be sure to give you a footnote.

Jason
