He is in his late 30s, does not have pets, and is a non-smoker. His Landlord is remodeling the apartment and turning the whole complex into condos. He doesn’t want to buy a condo! On Monday he was given until next Tuesday to get out: 8 days. Remodelers will be there Wed morn. We all shake our heads at the legalities broken here. They said nothing to him last week when he paid his rent. They said nothing to him about his lease expiring May 31st (that’s a whole other story of ownership & lease changes over the years). In any event, he needs a place pronto. Tomorrow, he has meetings for 2 places just west of Lamar and near work. Any tips around here would be appreciated.
