Just a word or two. Countless times, Sebastian has notified the subscribers to
both neighborhood mailing lists that Endeavor intends to develop the Howard's
property and that they need a variance, and why they need a variance. There
have emails, plus two NNA meetings, one NLNPT meeting, and a dinner hosted by
Endeavor where there was a rather large group from both Northfield and Skyview
'hoods. I'm not sure what more he could have done - perhaps a personal visit
to every resident in the 'hood.

That the developer is even soliciting our input, advice, support and that they
have been extremely forthcoming - at least with that they know - it's a good
sign. The property is going to be developed folks. Let's hope we can have a
say in it on some level.

Thanks.
