For my garage apartment remodel, I've been working with
Mann Plumbing -- Lupe has been my main contact. They were
quick and very affordable. Their bid was about half of my
next best -- I guess all the others (6-8 companies) had
plenty of work so they submitted ridiculous bids. My work
included an on-demand water heater. They are coming on
Monday to do all the finish plumbing.
