I can ask Jamil.
He has told me repeatedly that he absolutely will not pursue a variance
without a letter of support from the neighborhood.
I do know that the contract with the Howard's has been terminated -- the
property is back on the market and somebody else can buy it. It doesn't
really make a lot of sense for Endeavor to request a variance from the
BOA given that they do not own the property, and they do not have a
contract to buy the property.
Still, I will ask Jamil what's going on.
