Of course, Jody. I would be happy to. Here is the letter I received
from Jamil:

Jamil told me after the Monday meeting that he was probably going to
drop this project. He requested an extra week from the BOA to give him
time to talk to his colleagues to make a final decision. He promised me
he would have a decision by today, and this is it.
Many people seemed to think this was a negotiation, and a lot of people
said with great confidence that we needed to vote against this variance
request because it was our only "bargaining chip" to force Endeavor to
continue to negotiate with us.
Well, that was not the case. This project is over.
Now we have to wait and see who will buy the property next. I can say
that I will be very surprised if the next developer will want to come
and negotiate with us.
