Does the NCCD designation really raise the property tax rates like
that? That's news to me.
And where do you get the idea that the city doesn't have "demand for
that many Hyde Parks"? Are you kidding me? Hyde Park is one of the
most in-demand neighborhoods in town, largely because they have
diligent and thoughtful about zoning.
