And a third voice of near utter despair in trying to get an acknowledgement from
the City (any office) that they received my correspondence or in any of my
attempts to get a straight answer from anyone without being sent in a circle of
voice mail attendants. Apparently no one at the City is ever actually sitting
at their desk.
