Living on Avenue F I would agree that it seems to only get worse. I would like to see Texas Gas service divert their vehicles out of the neighborhood and on to Koenig. Especially their larger trucks and trailers. A couple of traffic circles and another side walk would bring back a more pedestrian friendly environment to F. Speed humps are probably the least desirable approach (albeit probably
the most effective).  I personally prefer curb/pedestrian islands and
traffic circles.

Ave. F is arguably the biggest problem in the neighborhood.  People
drive faster on 51st Street (and occasionally lose control and end up
landing on the ROOF of neighbors' houses), but Ave. F was clearly
designed to be a neighborhood street, yet has become something of an
arterial.  I know of more accidents and animal
fatalities on that street
than any other in our neighborhood.

Chesterfield (my street) is no longer the traffic problem that it once
was.  For a variety of reasons, a lot of visitors to our neighborhood
now park their cars on Chesterfield, and that has done a remarkable job
