“Race Could Hinge On Who Turns Out”

With that oh-so-obvious headline, the Sunday front page of The Man just about summed where we sit leading into tomorrow’s Election Day festivities.

Who turns out is the question that decides most elections, with the possible exceptions of Jim Wells County’s Box 13 back in 1948 or the Supreme Court decision in 200’s Bush v.

Gore.

The Democratic presidential campaigns will try to provide the answer in one final push today, with Hillary Clinton scheduling a last-minute town...
