Quake Relief, Repair Efforts Ramp Up at Dam

Aid workers are congregating from across the country in Southwestern China in the wake of the massive earthquake.

Meanwhile, thousands of troops have been sent to repair dangerous cracks in the region's dams, which could pose further threats.
