Prof goes from 310 to 'Mr. Low Body Fat'

Mutata Kamdibe's weight 37, had gone up and down for most of his life, but he was shocked when he stepped on the scale and realized he more than 300 pounds.

Through healthy diet and exercise, the college professor has lost 130 pounds and reduced his body fat from 44 percent to 6 percent.

He now blogs in hopes of helping other people, particularly men, lose weight and reduce their health risks.
