Hey Sebastian, Despite claims by Endeavor, that they have terminated their proposed Howard's Project, they have not cancelled their Variance Request at the BOA. 
And they appear to be ready to move forward with the proposed complex.  
I have done my best to get a straight answer from Jamil on Endeavor's intentions. (Please see below).
Sebastian, as NA president, could you please ask Jamil the following question: 
Does Endeavor intend to pursue the Howard's Variance Request at the BOA in November?

Endeavor's intent seems to be to claim publicly that they have dropped the deal, but to privately prepare for the BOA hearing.  
I hate to think the worst, but it seems they are hoping that parties opposed to the project will take them at their wordand not prepare an opposition.
This experience of not being able to get a straight answer from Jamil has underscored my fears about Endeavor.
At the very least I don't feel like they are being straightforward in this matter. 
In my first attempt to get a final word of Endeavors intent (a few days ago) I received a nasty personal attack by Jamil in reply.More importantly, Jamil did not answer the question.
And he continues not to answer (again, see below). 
Is this a group that we, as a neighborhood, should put our trust in?
