A strip center would almost surely not have a primary entrance at the
south end.

That is the main issue that I and most of the people opposed to it have.

The south entrance/exit brings a lot of traffic through the hood.
Especially since this is
residential. People learn the paths and shortcuts and ways to avoid
the lights.

I posted a breakdown of some key aspects of the prelim traffic study
Endeavor presented on this political site:

If you guys can look at it objectively I think some of you might feel
as I do - that it was crafted to minimize the
presumed impact of the development and avoid traffic count triggers
in the code.

That's a pretty bold statement I know, but that is what I think.

This study, more than anything, made me feel like Endeavor was not
being straightforward with us.

Take a look at it again-the map we were given with trip gen studies
and see what you think.

I don't want to start another firebomb here at all, but I do feel
strongly about it.

Some of you may disagree and that is your right. But take a look at
the study we were given again and consider it critically.
