1) I would be glad to help contribute to a website for the forums 2) As far as Howards developement this is just my 2 cents. It would be interesting idea for the neighborhood to get together to have a somewhat specific plan for what they want at the site. Then when the seller is advertising the property they could show the plan as something that the neighborhood already supports. When people are selling a property they frequently say you could do x,y with the property or you could do z if you got neighborhood support. The difference in this case is the z proposal would already have neighborhood support.

This is an idea worth considering.
As NNA webmaster and email list keyholder, I can tell you all that we don't currently have the capability to do this. Also, my level of expertise (and amount of time on my hands) will preclude me putting such an idea
into action.
Given Bapi's level of expertise and the beautiful website that he's put so much hard work into lately, I think that his "Northloop Neighborhoods" website is the best place for ideas such as Jason's. Also, we can't count on always having a web guru in the 'hood that is willing to be webmaster. So, unless someone wants to help me out and create a new improved and user friendly (for easy use by the next webmaster) NNA site, for now it's going to remain a place for basic Northfield neighborhood info, e.g., meeting announcements, minutes, bylaws, pictures...
