Dear Jamil,

Over the past months you have stated on several occasions that you/
Endeavor have dropped the Howard's/Parker
development and have no intention to pursue a variance for these
properties w/o neighborhood support.

Most recently, on October 24, Sebastian made the following report to
the neighborhood after a conversation with you:

"He confirmed that indeed he no longer has a contract on the Howard
property, and he is not at all interested in
pursuing a variance from the BOA without a letter of support from the
neighborhood."

But after making a trip to the BOA offices yesterday I confirmed that
the variance request for the Howards/Parkers
lots has not been dropped, and is still being pursued.

A hearing on the Howards/Parker variance request will be held in 3
days (this Monday at 5:30pm).
The Howards/Parker variance case is 5th on the docket.

It is the understanding of the BOA staff that this application is now
being co-represented. You/Endeavor are officially the agents
and representatives for the Parkers tract while the Howards are
officially represented by their lawyer.

Otherwise the application remains unchanged. Or in other words, the
variance request is still for the same proposed Howards/Parker
development as always.

It is my hope that you intend to keep your word on this matter and
that the reason the BOA hearing has not been dropped is simply an
oversight on the part of your office.

If so, please take the time now to officially cancel this hearing
through the BOA and communicate this to the neighborhood.

While you have expressed your preference for directing communication
through Sebastian, I hope that because time is limited, and in
consideration for the many individuals who will take time to attend
this meeting (should it not be cancelled) that you will address the
neighborhood as a whole (through this list serve) to clarify this
situation and your/Endeavor's intentions.
