Wednesday, March 24, 6 p.m., LBJ Auditorium. Evan Smith, CEO and editor-in-chief of the "Texas Tribune," will interview the Honorable James A.

Baker III, former secretary of state, as part of the 2009-2010 Perspectives Series. The two plan to discuss international relations and, more recently, Baker's endorsement of Kay Bailey Hutchison for Texas governor.
