Palin’s Base? Men.

A CNN/Opinion Research Survey has found that men have a more positive view of Sarah Palin that do women.

They also tend to think she’s more qualified.

Maybe this has something to do with what a female friend of mine said about the Palin selection: she was insulted that the Republicans would believe she’d vote for John McCain just because he selected a woman.

Or maybe there’s something else driving these numbers.

It’s an interesting phenomenon.
