[nndl] volunteer to help 3/25 at the Council Candidate Forum

Mark and Danette,
         I am grateful for the commitment Austin Neighborhoods Council leadership and members make to assure we are able to elect candidates who can serve us best on City Council. The work on questions for the candidates is thoughtful and inclusive.
        I am sharing your request for volunteers w/ our two neighborhood planning member lists, and ask if you, Mark, could provide me/us an expected period of volunteer time needed,/including arrival for the tasks.  
      So, RNA and NNA members who want to volunteer to help, reply to Mark individually, off-line.
         I am willing to help in any of the following ways -
  1. Help others w/ set
    up
  2. Help Linda w/ snacks
  3. Help as a front room assistant

Please let me know what is expected for each of these, or with whom to talk about the task.

Friends and Neighbors: We need some help for our upcoming candidates forum (Mar 25, 6-9p and

beyond for endorsements) . Would you be willing to volunteer to help make

sure we have this stuff covered to have a successful forum? Reply to me

off-list, please. I've noted who's already volunteered. Let me know if

you are willing to cover one of these for us. A big thanks to all of

those who've already volunteered and to the questionnaire team who has

put in a LOT of hours getting our issues together, coordinated and in

front of the candidates. * Setup -
