Mr. Gloria:
The vehicle that we suspect as striking the property is a grey PT Cruiser style mini-van or small SUV, possibly with luggage racks.  It will have major front end damage mostly to the right / passenger side front bumper area.  Please have your people keep an eye out for it as it was observed coming northbound out of the neighborhood.  A license number is essential.

As soon as you can, please let me know the estimated damage cost so that I can enter that for record.
