Jen, thank you for asking your friend to crunch some numbers. They jibe
with what I was assuming, but I'm no expert in these matters.

So, if my math is right, there would be, on average, one extra car on
the road every 40 seconds or so because of this development. That
traffic would be divided among several roads (Koenig, Ave F,
Chesterfield, Link, 56th, etc.) and the lion's share of them will be on
Koenig. So basically, if I'm extrapolating correctly, I can expect to
see something like one extra car every 5 minutes drive by my house here
on Chesterfield as a result of this development?

I think Chesterfield can handle that kind of burden.

The real question is how much traffic would be generated by a different
development. We're not really choosing between the proposed development
and no development. We're really choosing between the proposed
development and some other development the details of which we can not
predict.

For those interested, Endeavor has contracted with a traffic consultant
to describe the types of traffic load that would be generated by other
developments that could be placed at this location. We can meet with
Jamil this weekend to discuss, or we can just send the numbers out to
the list.

Cheers.
