Presentation by Austin Energy about the change to remote meters, a change
scheduled to happen in the neighborhood shortly. Presented by Ed Clark,
Director of Corporate Communications. Mr. Clark will also address conservation
measures and take suggestions for topics we may be interested in at future
meetings.


A zoning change is being sought for one unit of 100 E. North Loop - a Timmerman
property, to allow liquor sales. Pam Pritchard is asking the association for
support of her project to build a pub. We will allow 10 minutes for
presentation and 20 minutes for questions and a vote. The results of the vote
will be forwarded to the planning commission.
