Hi all

A speculation here: Could it be this new developer (Allen Cowden) got word
that Northfield Neighborhood Association voted down a variance request and so
decided to side-step the NNA thinking the whole NNA is not friendly to
developers. Perhaps they thought with a name like ilovenorthloop the group
group might be pretty friendly.

What an irony they would seek out the very people who were clearly unfriendly to
the last developer.

Just speculating. What a really funny situation. Truly.

Just wondering why Clay and Jody didn't invite at least the NNA officers or a
couple of NLNPT members to join them for coffee?

Best all,,

Mary
