Kris -- The difficulty there is that the historical application must be
filed by the property owner. Endeavor Development is (or shortly will
be) the property owner, and I am not sure they would be interested in
getting historic status (my guess is that they would not, since it could
complicate their plans for the site). What is the VMU opt-in
application you were filing? Was it for the Howard's property? -- L.
