For sure - no worry about that - yet. It's just very strange.

I wasn't worried about traffic congestion on Lamar. I was concerned
that since there is no place for attendees to park, that folks would
park on the streets in front of our houses - the streets on Zennia,
Huisache and Genard are already parked up solid. There are at least 8
people, each with cars - in the Monster - that fairly well takes up most
of Huisache. Then the house and duplexes - one fronting Huisache the
other front Zennia - there are 5 cars there. Yep, we've got the parkers.

And, I've noticed, too, that folks park on Zennia and Huisache to walk
down and take the UT IF bus. All legal, of course. These are public
streets.

However, it is really irritating when someone parks to close to my
driveway and I have to back out on my lawn to get out.

Still - I am concerned about "renting" out that lot to whomever for
whatever reason.

I'm still investigating the Temporary Use Permit process.

I'll keep you all posted.

Cheers,

Mary
