I reported this in ... August?, and the situation improved a bit for a
few days. I imagine if a few other people call in to complain they
might actually do something about it.
From experience since then, I've learned that I get a much
better/faster response by contacting the rental agent directly. In the
case of the Lee Houses, each one has a sign out in front with the phone
number and the agent's name right there. (No, I didn't get around to
following my own advice in the case.)
