[nndl] question

this is an odd question, I'm sure, and will probably cause some to chuckle, but does anyone know of a person who does something called "hair wraps"?    dates back to the early 1990s (I think)  where they wrap a strip of hair with colored threads, bells, etc....   anyway, if you do know of someone could you email me?    thanks, kate
