This is an example why the RIDGETOP community asked for the IH-35 - E. 52nd closed. We are grateful that this time there were no serious injuries -  Martha Ward of Ridgetop neighborhood  --- On Fri, 9/4/09, Debra Beene < [at] > wrote:     said they did not see the signs: do not enter, one way only traffic signs.  And, of course, since this is now an east bound one-way road, there is no stop sign at this side of the intersection at 52nd and Harmon. The male driver of this light colored sedan did not stop and thought the other driver was at fault.
