This is a reminder that the next Northfield NA meeting will be TONIGHT - MONDAY, March 2 @ 7pm.
We will be meeting at Phara's, 111 E North Loop Blv. - (NOT at the Dayspring Chapel.)
Weather permitting we will be in the courtyard. If you wish to order please come early. And remember that Phara's is BYOB.

1. NOMINATIONS FOR OFFICER POSITIONS for the officer election in April.
Please consider coming out to volunteer for the neighborhood. Elections will be held at the April 6 meeting for any positions with more than
one volunteer.
2 An appeal to support a variance request that would allow me to keep my tool shed in its present position.
It was constructed 41/2 years ago, is under 200 square ft (so does not require a permit) and violates the side
setback limit for a corner lot. Brief history: We received a code enforcement violation based on an anonymous complaint a week
after I represented the NA in the final hearing of a long-running BOA case on an illegally-converted
garage apartment on Link which also had setback violations. The VR will not be formally filed until next week.
I will request a NA vote be made (after discussion in my absence) at this or next month's meeting.
3. A presentation from Niyanta Spelman of Austin's Rainforest Partnership.
