No, that's something else. A neighborhood restaurant featuring local
food is slated to go into the old skateshop. The proprietors are, I
believe, currently still working their way through the city's permitting
process.
The Loop is a carry-out specialty wine/beer shop planned for next door
to Phara's, in the space vacated by the Peddler.
