Here is the URL to read Council Member Spelman's short piece about the
"matching program". The idea is to share the cost of neighborhood
projects. I tried to send this out before and I do not know if any or
all of you got it before. I know one person could not see the article
"Neighborhood Matching Program".

Hope it works this time, since it's on the agenda for the Feb 1 meeting.
