Sorry, neighbors, but while I agree that's it's a pain in the ass to
deal with selective code enforcement, I don't want the neighborhood
activity videotaped and posted online. That's an invasion of peoples'
privacy, even if you don't like what they do. One of the reasons I like
living in this neighborhood is the relative level of tolerance for
weirdness, which, unfortunately, includes the occasional trash pile and
parking infraction. Let's deal with this situation through civil
channels instead of going vigilante. Continuous and persistent
complaints to both the property owners and city code officials will
eventually pay off, without turning us into some kind of Big Brother
enclave.
