Message: My name is Jim Barr. I'm a Sr. Project Manager with the Travis
County Facilities Management Department. We have been directed by
Commissioners Court to prepare a master plan recommending future
development on the Travis County properties on Airport Blvd. at 5335
(Chair King), 5501 (Tax Office and County Clerk) and 5555 (Sheriffs
Office, Keith George Ruiz Bldg.)I would like to extend an invitation to
all interested parties to attend a meeting at 5501 Airport Blvd. at 5:00
PM on Tuesday, March 31st. The meeting will also be with the Ridgetop
NA. We will describe what we are looking at for the future of the sites,
introduce the consultants retained to help us with the master plan and
to solicit discussion from the neighbors on issues of concern and
importance. The meeting should last about 1 1/2 hours. A room location
will be published in a few days once a space is reserved for the
