All,
For those whose neighborhoods are experiencing issues with multiple renters in SF-3 dwellings, and the recent phenomenon of short-term leasing of SF-3 properties as "Austin vacation homes," along with those living in or adjacent to multi-family dwellings, this may be a forum worth attending.
