[nndl] Free Yoga in Hood on Saturday and ....

Hi Everyone!   I wanted to let you all know two important pieces of information:   1) The free yoga class at Mosaic, 5619 Airport ,has started again, this time on saturday mornings. 8:30 am. If I don't hear otherwise, we're gonna move it to 9:30 on saturdays.   2) I am probably going to start teaching another [yoga]class by donation (suggested $8) at Esquina Tango, a dance studio in East Austin, from 5:30 - 6:30 friday evenings. This won't start regularly till March, BUT I am teaching for the first time there THIS friday, so would so LOVE to have some friendly faces there. The website for directions is: www.esquinatangoaustin.com.   so, that info again is;    This friday afternoon, Yoga/donation- 5:30 - 6:30 at Esquina Tango   AND YOGA! this saturday morning at 8:30 AM, 5619 Airport (next to Quality Seafood) and.
