Hi, Neighbors.
HPNA has received a notice that El Dorado Meat Market, 5001 Airport,
is seeking a waiver of the Austin City ordinance which prohibits the
sale of alcohol within 300 feet of a school (Ridgetop). A hearing
will be held before the City Council on November 8 at City Council
Chambers starting at 4 p.m.
El Dorado's owner is Yves Marcias, phone 419-0300.
El Dorado is represented by permitting consultant Jim Bennett, phone
784-9641.
The City's staff person is Darren Cain of the Watershed Protection
and Development Review Department and his phone number is 974-9113.
