According to the resident of 5400 Ave. G, two young miniature
dachshunds have been stolen from his back yard during the day.
In both cases collars were found discarded several lots down.
If you have any information, please contact the owner at 740-4403. A
reward is offered.
This breed has become popular in Texas. Nearby breeders sell puppies
for $300 and up.
So, amazingly, someone may have stolen these dogs for a quick buck.
If so, this is the saddest sign of economic hard times that I have
seen yet.
