| Hello all:I just witnessed a mid-size, short haired black & white dog with a collar attacking another dog being walked by a young woman; her dog was on a leash and not aggressive, it was cowering & trying to get away from the aggressor dog. The attacking dog was persistent & would not stop attacking despite her screaming & trying to get her dog away. It took her, myself & another passerby to yell & chase the dog away; I called 911, told them where the dog ran a block away where he quietly sat down (to a house on Link that said it wasn't their dog, had never seen it before) If you see the dog, please be careful b/c he appeared very calm after he got to the house on Link, but I'm concerned he might attack another dog, perhaps without someone nearby to intervene next time.
