Hi all,

Since Jan reported that during her visit with Council Member Spelman at
NNO he mentioned a program for financing neighborhood projects - I
believe this is what he was talking about. It's taken me a while to
find information/articles, but here it is from the Statesman - September
23. I actually found this reference in the Allandale NA Newsletter (URL
also included below)

Certainly a possibility for some our most needed projects. We are most
likely to be able to donate our work. I'm visualizing our laying down
speed bumps. BUT, teasing aside, this may be a good avenue for us to
explore.
