| Hi all: Not sure if this has been an ongoing issue but this afternoon I saw a person in a wheelchair who had to leave the sidewalk along North Loop in front of R & D Motors because there were cars parked on the sidewalk- don't know if it was cars for sale or the cars of shoppers. I called 911 & they said an officer would head over to take care of it- this is the second time in a few months that I've seen this happen at a business (the other one was a restaurant on Koenig) but thought I'd mention it for our collective heightened awareness.
