Allandale Takes Second in the City's Wildlife Habitat Challenge

Elaine Dill presented information on the Neighborhood Habitat Challenge and how to turn your yard into a wildlife habitat.

There is a contest wherein the top three neighborhoods with the most newly certified habitats by Oct. 31, 2008 will be recognized by the city and awarded prizes.

The city needs 700 new certified homes to be the first certified habitat city.
