whirlwind

As we start our abbreviated publishing schedule until the new year–assuming some major tech event doesn’t ensue–I’d like to wish everyone a happy holiday.

I’m going to do my best to tune out and may even go off grid a day or two. As I ponder the year on ZDNet it’s been quite a whirlwind.

24-year-old swimmer Eric Shanteau has been in a whirlwind the last two months. At nearly the moment he was about to attain his dream of making the Olympics, he learned he had testicular cancer.
