In a meeting with party members Monday, state Democratic Rep. Mark Strama, of Austin, discussed Sen. Barack Obama's energy plan and how the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee's goals will affect Texans. Strama met with more than 40 party members at the Travis County Democratic Party campaign headquarters during the party's weekly meeting in which members address different issues affecting Texans.
