Fearing a murder case from April of last year has gone cold, investigators with the Travis County Sheriffâs Department are asking for the publicâs help.

A toddler near Manor says a man tried to entice him into a car Thursday afternoon.
According to Roger Wade with the Travis County Sheriffâs Office, the three year old was playing in his front yard on FM 1100 just north of Hwy 290.
The man left in a white hatchback.

Wal-Mart is planning four new stores near Austin, one each in Cedar Park, Manor, Kyle and Elgin.
The Manor and Elgin stores are expected to open in 2013.

Tomorrow is election day and for this election, people in Travis County can vote anywhere there is a "Vote Here" sign.
In tomorrow's election people are being asked to vote on 10 constitutional amendments and two Travis County bond proposals....

Travis County has two bond proposals on the ballot November 8.
They are nicely divided. Proposition 1 is $123 million for road improvement projects, mainly to connect subdivisions to highways.
It includes $3 million for unspecified TBD "bike safety projects," which they have rated last in their list of priorities.
Proposition 2 is $82 million for parks and land conservation projects.
