    Scenery Slows Traffic on China's New Sea Bridge

    When China opened the world's longest sea bridge, it was supposed to reduce travel time to Shanghai. But people slowed down on the 22-mile span.

    Sightseers caused traffic jams and accidents. One driver says he just wanted "to enjoy the sea breeze. Is that wrong?"
